Workouts and Activities to do at Home

Hi Everyone,

We've only been off of school for three days and I already miss my students so much!  I hope everyone is staying healthy and trying to keep a positive attitude.  The sun is shining today here in Michigan, and I am thankful for that!   Please take a look at the links below.  There is a short exercise video for you to follow along with, and some jump rope challenges.  Try to get outside in the fresh air and do something active like take a walk, bike ride, roller blade, or just run around your yard!  If you can't get outside, do some dancing inside!

    I saw your Daily Dozen warm-up for PE. I'm thinking of using it as a warm up for my grades 3-5 students at the start of PE class. Do you rotate warm-ups every month or do you use this one during the whole year?
